October 23, 2007
HTTC student Linden Li wrapped up her season in G16 group of Mid-Atlantic Section
on October 15, 2007 in the final sectional level one tournament
USTA/MAS CHAMPIONSHIP #4 L1
in College Park.
Linden came in the tournament as the number one seeded player with number one standing position in G16 ranking.
She came all the way to the final after beating four players
when she lost to Julie Vrabel settled as the finalist. Even at a disappointing final show,
Linden is expected to keep her number one position in G16 group for the year 2007 USTA/MAS G16s Standings List.
In another tournament Kingstowne Junior Open #4 L5 in Alexandria,
HTTC student Dennis Wang captured the title in B12 group
and Joseph Deng reached the crown in B10 group.
 
July 21, 2007
HTTC student Linden Li had a strong presence in the Legg Mason Women's Pro Circuit Wild Card in Reston, VA. This is a tournament for a spot to the qualifying draw of WTA Legg Mason
US Open Series. Linden defeated three players including two college team players to reach the semi-final before losing to another college team player. Details can be viewed at

July 3, 2007

Unseeded Linden Li and Skylar Morton of Mid-Atlantic pulled out 5 consecutive wins including the first round triple match point deficit to claim the doubles title of USTA National
Opens for G16 in Allenwood, NJ on July 3, 2007. This is Linden's first national title. This also helps Linden to be on the top of the National Open Qualifier List for July 5, 2007.
June 18, 2007

Linden Li defeated Natalie Blosser in 3 sets 5-7, 6-2, and 6-2 in the final match of USTA Mid-Atlantic Championship #3 L1 for G16 in Richmond, VA on June 18, 2007.
This is Linden's first sectional championship after 6 years learning of tennis with coach Ni and 3 years of tournament play. Teamed up with Emily Harman of West Virginia,
Linden also captured her first sectional doubles title in the same tournament, defeating Natalie Blosser and Michelle Nguyen in a thrilling 9-8(5). This helps Linden
to climb on the number 2 ranking in Mid-Atlantic G16 section.
